"Connection failed" as soon as you open the app

The tunnel is up, but pages won't load
When the status says connected but sites remain unreachable, the culprit is usually the server rather than the key — it may be overloaded or throttled by your local network, which can keep blocked resources out of reach even over the VPN. The connection keeps dropping
An unstable connection is seldom Happ's own fault — more often it's the mobile carrier throttling VPN traffic, a home router blocking the required ports, or the OS shutting the app down in the background. The app asks for the key again after an update or reinstall
That's normal — reinstalling Happ doesn't transfer the subscription automatically, so the link has to be re-entered. Open the Telegram bot, locate your active subscription, and paste it into the app. If the bot displays nothing, review your payment status on the Happ account page.
